    Abstract:
Nowadays, aspects such as emotional intelligence, resilience, or psychological well-being are considered important to have a good quality of life, but there is a lack of evidence of how they relate to each other. The aim of this study was to examine if there is any kind of relationship between these variables. 101 participants took part in the study (53% women and 47% men), aged between 18 and 74 years. The instruments used were the TMMS-24 scale of emotional intelligence, ER-14 of resilience, and the PWBS scale of psychological well-being.
