Study of ANXA1 and PGE2 in breast cancer treatment

Abstract:
Breast cancer is one of the most diagnosed cancers among women. It is of great importance to find diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers to be able to determine the behavior of the disease compared to the treatments the patient receives. This study seeks to determine the relationship between ANXA1 and PGE2 in patients with breast cancer. We also want to study the concentration of the two proteins after the treatments and finally we want to check if there is a relationship between molecular subgroups, taking these proteins into account.
