Entrepreneurial profile of the women of the degree in labour relations and employment at the URV

    Abstract:
    The crisis began in 2007 and today still lasts. This economic context not only harms job creation and rigs an achievement of dismissals and increasingly non-skilled contracts and wages lower but which, in addition, has affected in the entrepreneurship of the people. But all is not lost because this prospect, many prefer auto use and thereby become entrepreneurs. In this work we will analyze the evolution that has taken the term entrepreneur doing brush strokes in your history, we will continue with the profile of an entrepreneur in Spain to finish with the profile of entrepreneurs of the women of the Bachelor Labour Relations and Employment of the University Rovira I Virgili. Most studies show that women undertake less. This could be different if had more grants for women or there is a better reconciliation between work and family. We want to demonstrate in this university degree women undertake more. For the demonstration we are going to carry out a survey to students who complete the degree in industrial relations and employment. The survey will be to ask 28 questions, of which 17 belong to the competencies to undertake and the rest belong to the specific competences of the degree.
