School improvement plan to prevent/reduce burnout among teachers

    Abstract:
    This improvement plan explains the reasons why teachers experience Burnout, that is, the feeling of being burned, its symptoms and its consequences. Different cases are detailed that demonstrate the evidence of this social problem and its definition and characteristics within the educational community. In the same way, I talk about the variables that cause burnout and propose strategies to deal with it, in addition to offering a look at the Maslach Burnout Inventory Educators Survey. The second part of the work consists of the development of the improvement plan, with a whole deployment of 36 proposed actions to prevent and reduce burnout.
