Fiscal law about non-profit organizations. Special attention to the animals protection organizations.

Abstract:
In this final project of the degree I have wanted to establish the irrefutable concept of non-profit organization, all this is allocated to his juridical estimation, applying the tributes that could correspond in function of his juridical point of view. It has wanted to detail in an explicit way all the variants of taxes that exist around these organizations differentiating the taxes in relation to the organ that they come from, for example, local entities, provincial entities, state entities… All the previous is to know which taxes they have to pay. Finally I have wanted to appoint and develop the requirements that we can add to this especial law without ceasing cost the problematic fiscal that rotted to arise. All the exposed has been finished with some conclusions that consist to enter all the concepts purchased and reflected in the text of the worked in a possible future project.
