Abstract:
The present business plan consists of the creation of a small company dedicated to the rental of urban gardens. The document is structured in four parts. In the first, the project is presented, including a description of the service, the needs to be covered and the scope of action. The second is structured in two blocks. In the first, the current situation of the market and the sector is analyzed to identify the opportunities and challenges present. The second includes the different plans of the company's functional areas. Finally, the final part details the viability and profitability of the business, highlighting the most relevant numbers.
