    Abstract:
This business plan will try to explain the viability of a tennis or paddle ball collection company for the exclusive creation of artificial grass for paddle tennis courts. We saw a market niche because the tennis and padel industry creates a large amount of waste. This waste is difficult to decompose and is not only a business opportunity but also a way to give a second life to a product. The first step was to contact padel and tennis clubs to obtain used balls. These balls will be transformed into rubber or also called polyethylene, which is the main component of artificial sports turf. Taking into account our financial analysis, it shows us that during the first years we will have difficulties but that in the long term it will be viable. Thanks to the complexity of this business plan, many problems have arisen, such as misinformation about the market and limitations on clubs and suppliers, which we have been able to solve at all times.
