Path of Sirga - a driving axis of the territory

  • Identification data

    Identifier:  TFG:7697
    Authors:  Rambla Escolà, Sergi
    Abstract:
The project envisages revitalizing the Ribera d'Ebre through coastal depopulation dynamics and betting on rural tourism. Cohesion of the territory is sought through the activation of the GR 99, the historic path of the Ebro, which functions as a backbone connecting all the towns adjacent to the river, proposing new ways of living. The project aims to lower the pulsations of the territory, looking for a return to the past from an environmental awareness. The program concludes with the activation of a group of farmhouses located between Móra d'Ebre and Ascó, the two most disconnected large population centers
