    Identifier:  TFG:8020

    Abstract:
This work investigates the needs of families of hospitalized preterm infants, revealing that they require clear information about care, emotional support and access to medical follow-up. Differences are observed in experiences before and after 2007, the year in which care focused on development and family was implemented. Interviews with professionals highlight the importance of adequately preparing parents and coordinating with community services. The study concludes that it is essential to develop comprehensive support programs and recommends creating a free eHealth tool to ease the transition from hospital to home and improve family well-being.
