Abstract:
The objective of this project is the construction of a building intended for a spa in Masella. This location has been selected to create an optimal environment for relaxation and well-being thanks to its natural and tranquil surroundings. The location features a steep slope, which has necessitated the design and construction of a retaining wall that also acts as a load-bearing wall for the building's structure. Additionally, the pools and jacuzzis of the spa have been sized and calculated, ensuring their safe and efficient integration within the project. Moreover, all the necessary hydraulic circuits have been calculated to guarantee the correct functioning of the pools and jacuzzis, as well as all complementary installations, including electricity, ventilation, air conditioning, and lighting systems. Due to the nature of the building's activity, it has been essential to install various specialized machines for the spa's treatments and services, as well as to ensure a continuous supply of a large volume of hot water. To meet these energy needs, photovoltaic solar panels and sanitary hot water panels have been implemented, contributing to the building's energy efficiency and sustainability. Overall, the design and technical solutions applied ensure a highly functional and sustainable space, offering an optimal well-being experience for users, while complying with the highest standards of quality and safety in construction.
