Abstract:
The objective of the project is to meet the need of the Cambrils Town Hall for the design of an efficient sports pavilion in Vilafortuny. The plot, provided by the promoter, covers 6,015 square meters, and includes a small building which is a mini-recycling center. The project's activity involves a sports pavilion, specifically a PAV-2 according to the Catalan Sports Council, where handball, indoor football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and various other sports and gym activities can be conducted. All minimum required sports materials specified by the Catalan Sports Council will be available. The sports pavilion will have the necessary facilities and sports spaces to meet the minimum requirements established for a PAV-2. Additionally, it will include complementary areas designed to ensure the optimal operation of the establishment. The entire sports pavilion will have a metal structure with three types of roofs: a non-walkable flat roof, a single-pitched roof where the frames forming the sports court are located, and a walkable flat roof to accommodate a bar/cafeteria area for the public. The roofs will have different heights to optimize natural ventilation and lighting. The pavilion will feature a fire safety system, a potable water system with solar contribution for domestic hot water, a sewage evacuation network, a rainwater evacuation network with reuse capability, a lighting network, an electrical network, and photovoltaic panels. Various software tools such as CYPE, DIALux, CIEBT, and CHEQ4 have been used for the dimensioning process and the calculation of both the structure and the installations. Finally, the material execution budget amounts to 2,323,643.69 €, and the base bidding budget amounts to 3,345,814.55 €.
