Abstract:
The object of this project is the design and construction of an industrial warehouse for paddle sports facilities in the Riu Clar industrial estate in the municipality of Tarragona. The total constructed area of the warehouse is 1,566 m². Located inside a parcel.la of 5,321 m², it is an industrial warehouse with dimensions of 45 m long by 34.65m wide, the free height of the building will be 8 m, with a maximum height on the ridge of 10.45m, formed by a gabled sandwich panel roof, structure based on rigid steel porticoes and enclosures of the warehouse by prefabricated concrete plates. Inside it will house 4 paddle tennis courts and a noble area consisting of a changing room area, warehouse, shop, office and rest and vending area. In the outdoor area of the building there are two paddle tennis courts, a recreational area with a basketball court and a children's play area, this outdoor area will have trees and benches, and parking spaces for customers and workers. The design and calculation of all the facilities has been carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Technical Building Code (CTE) and its respective basic documents, including drinking water supply and DHW installations, wastewater and rainwater evacuation network, electrical network, lighting, fire-fighting installation, air conditioning and ventilation installation.
