Abstract:
This project covers the design, planning, and execution of the construction of an industrial building intended for the processing and storage of conventional pistachios in the Agroreus industrial estate, located in the province of Tarragona. The building will be developed on a 3,075 m² plot, of which 2,152.5 m² are buildable, and the warehouse will be located at Carrer de Prudenci Bertrana, number 37, in the Agroreus industrial estate, Baix Camp region, Reus. The promoter of this project is Grup Unió, SCCL. The warehouse, measuring 65x30m, will feature a metal structure, foundation with reinforced concrete footings and tie beams, and a sandwich panel roof. The exterior walls will be made of hollow core slabs, while the internal divisions will be constructed with plasterboard partitions. Additionally, a 15x15m mezzanine has been planned to house the offices, bathrooms, changing rooms, break room, meeting room, cleaning supplies storage, and reception. In the production area on the ground floor, there will be machinery for processing the raw material, a cold storage room, and warehouses for finished products, raw materials, packaging, and additives. The building will have a potable water supply, a wastewater and stormwater drainage network, a lighting network, an electrical network, as well as fire protection installations. For the structural and installation calculations, specialized tools such as Cype3D, Cypelect, Dialux, and Presto for budgeting and measurements have been used. The expected duration of the project execution is 162 days. The material execution budget is €785,953.87, and the base bidding budget amounts to €1,131,694.97.
