Abstract:
Introduction: Anorexia nervosa is a significant mental health problem, which primary affect young women. The prevalence and incidence of these increases year after year by the internalization of the ideal of being that marks society. With the different etiology and symptoms, treatment multifactorial ineffective with high mortality and morbidity and its many complications, do see the see the importance of early diagnosis and the value of multidisciplinary team to implement effective interventions. Objective: Knowing the anorexia nervosa and nursing care of patients in the circuit anorexia mental health. Methods: Search in the principals databases articles about anorexia nervosa in adolescents. Results: It is essential to know the disease as soon as possible, and know precisely that service must be derived through the referral criteria for the best treatment of the patient, always individualized to his or her situation. Once you’re in there, they’ll do valuations as appropriate like behavior and eating habits, character traits and personality development… They are taken into account behavior and eating habits, the experience of one’s own body, character traits of personality and the development and functioning of the individual. The final treatment is individual. Conclusion: For a good recovery, the patient should be placed in the appropriate service, working together to achieve the stated goals, following the norms under strict control.
