Abstract:
NURSING CARE TO THE YOUNG PATIENT WITH CANCER Abstract The aim of this work is learn nursing care in young cancer patient, that is to say, the physiological and psychological actions and supports that should receive this patients during the disease process, and so get their welfare and if it’s possible improve their recuperation. For doing this work has been done a narrative review of the bibliography currently available in electronic databases and scientific books. According to data analyzed hardest for children are the side effects of treatment and concern for their recovery. It’s therefore essential to try to understand their disease and know that there is a possibility of healing. To this they must collaborate entire team of professionals, where the nurse has much of responsibility, because their job is interact with suffering of others and identify the different needs for knowing which are the cure that needs the young patient. For attending these needs, it’s necessary the training and cooperation of the entire team dealing with young cancer, in this case, the work of the nurse is satisfy to all demands of the patient, making their human and integral care and know need to be modified as these demands and needs change. Moreover, nurses also have the responsibility for their own education and training to try and provide the best care they have in their hands.
