The final degree in question explains the particularities Sports Corporations form regarding the current Corporations. Also says the reason for its creation and organs that regulate this type of companies. Then the annual accounts of the club Gimnastic de Tarragona are analyzed, an equity, financial and economic analysis is performed. The work also contains a comparison of revenues and expenses League Second Division A and Second Division B. To end, there is a comparative of annual accounts between Gimnastic de Tarragona SAD club and CD Numancia de Soria.
