Abstract:
This work describes and analyzes the enterprise software development company SAP SE. The study includes a detailed description of the company, covering both its strategic shift toward cloud solutions (SaaS) and artificial intelligence, as well as its economic and financial efficiency and effectiveness. A quantitative analysis of the company's financial data from 2010 to 2024 is conducted, incorporating profitability and solvency indicators. The company is valued using the Discounted Cash Flow valuation method. The analysis is complemented by a sector comparison with its main competitors -Oracle, Microsoft, Sage, Workday, and Salesforce- which includes a Trading Comparable valuation method.
