Training in the workplace: an analysis of workers' perceptions.

Abstract:
This paper analyzes vocational training in the company. First, a questionnaire was designed and analyzed to collect employee feedback on the usefulness, appropriateness, and impact of the training received. Second, interviews were conducted, allowing for a more in-depth understanding of their experiences. The results show a generally positive assessment of the training, although greater customization and better adaptation of the content are required.
