Abstract:
This paper analyses how artificial intelligence impacts the labour market and generates fear of job losses. Through a theoretical framework and a survey of students and workers, social perceptions, knowledge of AI and differences according to personal and work profile are examined. The results show that knowledge and training reduce the perception of risk. However, it is concluded that more time and data will be needed to fully understand its real impact.
