Abstract:
This study analyzes the determinants of social exclusion in Spain using the AROPE indicator. The research uses data from the 2023 Living Conditions Survey and applies logistic regression models to quantify the impact of individual, household, and regional factors on social exclusion. The main findings reveal that unemployment, education, housing tenure, household structure, and regional characteristics significantly influence the results. The study addresses gaps in the literature by providing a quantitative analysis of the determinants of social exclusion in Spain.
