Abstract:
This project presents the business plan for Urbalia, an innovative digital platform that connects public administrations and real estate developers with the goal of facilitating the allocation of public land for the development of affordable housing. The initiative responds to an urgent need in the real estate market: the lack of accessible and affordable housing. Urbalia acts as a technological and operational intermediary, offering a centralized and transparent space for land tendering, developer validation, and project monitoring. Through this tool, the platform aims to reduce bureaucracy, improve urban planning processes, and promote reasonably priced rental housing.
