    Abstract:
Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a common neuromotor disorder in childhood, often associated with vesicointestinal problems such as constipation and incontinence, which affect the quality of life. Physiotherapy is key in the treatment of these disorders, working with the involved musculature and offering better results when applied in a multidisciplinary context. This review analyzes physiotherapeutic interventions in urinary and anorectal disorders, concluding that there are effective treatments, albeit limited. It highlights the need for more research to consolidate the existing evidence and improve the therapeutic approach.
