Abstract:
Ankle sprains are common injuries in basketball, associated with neuromuscular alterations that can compromise stability and increase the risk of recurrence, especially in amateur players with less access to preventive programs. The objective of this study is to compare the neuromuscular deficits of the lower limb between male and female senior amateur basketball players with and without a history of ankle sprain.
