    Abstract:
Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a common neuromotor disorder in childhood, often associated with vesicointestinal problems such as constipation and incontinence, which affect quality of life. Physiotherapy is key in the treatment of these disorders, working the muscles involved and offering better results when applied in a multidisciplinary context. This review analyzes physiotherapeutic interventions in urinary and anorectal disorders, concluding that there are effective treatments, although few. The need for more research is highlighted to consolidate the existing evidence and improve the therapeutic approach
