    Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the Hypopressive Abdominal Technique (HAT) in the treatment of dysfunctions of the Abdomino-lumbo-pelvic Perineal Complex (ALPPC). Methodology: Systematic review under PRISMA and PICOS, analyzing 14 clinical trials (2019-2024). Results: All studies showed benefits, such as improved muscle tone and reduced symptoms of urinary incontinence. The HAT is effective, but pelvic floor training (PFT) remains the first line of treatment. The combination of both techniques showed superior results. Conclusions: The HAT is a useful alternative, but standardization of protocols and combination with other techniques is recommended.
