Abstract:
This final degree project presents the business plan of Discovery, a startup based in Tarragona that aims to transform the traditional model of management companies for SMEs. Through an innovative approach based on the combination of accounting management and strategic advice, Discovery offers scalable and customized services through its own digital platform. The project responds to a real market need: the lack of useful and accessible financial information that allows small and medium-sized companies to make informed decisions. To validate the value proposition, an analysis of the environment, an economic and financial evaluation and a market study through surveys have been carried out.
