    Abstract:
    This project consists of developing a marketing plan applied to the business. Gastrobar JD. The main objective is to analyze the current situation of the business and propose strategies that strengthen its competitive positioning and promote its growth. First, the theoretical framework has been developed, addressing the concept of marketing and detailing the structure of the plan. Subsequently, the practical framework has been created in which the theoretical contents have been applied to the reality of the premises. Finally, the marketing mix applied to the case has been developed, goal-oriented strategies and a structured action plan with control and monitoring systems.
