    Identifier:  TFG:8840
    Authors:  Rios Sota, Juan Bioko
    Abstract:
The proposed spatial reorganization emerged as a result of a rigorous analysis of the surroundings, which included a diagnosis of the main deficiencies and dysfunctions present on the Guajara Campus. This study identified the critical points that hinder the cohesion of the university complex, both in functional and perceptual terms. In response to this diagnosis, the intervention is based on the desire to generate a cohesive public space capable of reconnecting the various plots that make up the campus. The main objective is to give the complex a unified and recognizable spatial identity, overcoming the existing fragmentation through a reorganization strategy that promotes livability, accessibility, and the quality of the built environment.
