Construction of an industrial building for a gym in Montbrió del Camp

Abstract:
This technical project aims to construct an industrial building intended to house a municipal gym in the municipality of Montbrió del Camp. The project is promoted by the Montbrió del Camp Town Council, which is driving this initiative in response to a recurring public demand in recent years. The project is being developed on two municipally owned plots with cadastral codes 3046809CF3534E0001QJ and 3046810CF3534E0001YJ. These plots, unified for the purpose of the project, have a total area of 1,248 m². The plan includes the construction of a 450 m² industrial building that will house the gym space and associated changing rooms. The remaining outdoor area will be used for parking spaces for users and staff. The construction proposal has been designed to comply with current regulations regarding accessibility, energy efficiency, safety, and functionality, as required for this type of public sports facility. The structure of the building will be metallic with a gable roof and will be equipped with the necessary installations for the intended use, including air conditioning, lighting, and appropriate sanitary services. Regarding financing, the project will be carried out using the Town Council’s own resources and subsidies from state administrations. The estimated total budget has been developed according to current market prices and resource rationalization criteria, resulting in an economically viable development.
