    Abstract:
    The current study shows the research carried out to analyse the use of interior design as a marketing strategy in promoting and selling residences within the luxury real estate sector. To begin with, a conceptual study is carried out of the elements that integrate interior design, consequently delving into how these are consciously used as visual strategies in order to impact the perception of value of the properties presented, thus consolidating the theoretical bases towards neuromarketing and the purchase decision.
