    Abstract:
    This Bachelor’s Thesis (TFG) analyses how different generations perceive and value leadership in the workplace. Unlike other studies focused on how leaders exercise their role according to their generation, this research focuses on the employees’ perspective, examining how -based on the generation they belong to- they interpret and value leadership. In a context where people of different ages coexist, it is essential to understand how these differences influence how workers evaluate and react to their leaders and what expectations they have of them.
