Abstract:
This paper analyzes the economic and strategic viability of creating a startup in the sex toy sector: Nuevas Vibras. This initiative stems from the growth of the sexual wellness industry and the demand for products that combine design, quality, privacy, and innovation. The main objective is to demonstrate that, with an automated structure, a limited initial investment, and an appropriate digital strategy, it is possible to launch a profitable project in this sector. In developing this final project, the sector is contextualized, consumer trends, market segmentation, the legal framework, and entry barriers are analyzed. A comprehensive business plan was also developed based on quantitative research using our own survey, which allowed us to understand the consumer habits and perceptions of the target audience. Based on this data, a comprehensive marketing strategy (product, price, distribution, and communication) was developed, as well as a 5-year economic and financial analysis that includes sales forecasts, an income statement, a balance sheet, key ratios, and an evaluation of NPV and IRR.
