Abstract:
This study analyzes the feasibility of a business plan in Tarragona based on the acquisition, renovation, and sale of vacant properties. The project aims to address the difficulty of accessing housing and to utilize empty properties with potential for appreciation. The methodology combines market analysis, a competitive analysis, a review of applicable regulations, a population survey, and a five-year financial plan. The results confirm that the model is profitable and has a significant social impact.
