Abstract:
This research project studies how people aged sixty-five and over experience waiting in everyday services, a situation that is often part of their daily lives. Despite the existing research on waiting in services, the study analyses whether this experience is different for this group and, if so, to identify the factors that make it different. To make the interviews easier and less abstract, the pharmacy is used as a context. However, the aim of the study is broader: to explore how older adults experience waiting in everyday services in general.
