    Abstract:
In recent years, international mobility has become a relevant element in university trajectories, particularly through the Erasmus programme. Beyond its personal and academic benefits, there is an ongoing debate about whether this experience translates into real advantages in the transition to the labour market. This bachelor’s Thesis analyses whether there are differences in labour market insertion between graduates from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili who completed an Erasmus stay and those who did not participate in the programme, considering both the speed of access to the first job and the quality of the employment obtained. To conduct the analysis, a survey was designed and distributed to URV graduates between 2019 and 2025, collecting information on personal and academic characteristics, as well as labour market outcomes. The analysis combines a descriptive approach with an econometric estimation using two ordered Probit models.
