    This study analyzes the impact of private equity on the profitability and operational efficiency of two Spanish companies. To this end, a theoretical framework has been developed to establish a foundation for understanding the practical aspects. In this second part, the evolution of the consolidated financial statements is examined to identify significant changes resulting from private equity transactions.
