    Abstract:
This study explores the relationship between spiritual practices and mental health in the Spanish population. Although international studies point to a positive influence, this link has been little researched in Spain. Anxiety, depression, subjective well-being, quality of life, and perceived health were analyzed in relation to spiritual practice and its frequency, with a sample of 123 people. The results indicate that those who practice spirituality exhibit greater subjective well-being. No significant differences were found in other variables or according to frequency, although relevant trends were observed. The need for further research into spirituality as a potential resource for mental health is emphasized.
