    Abstract:
This Bachelor's Thesis evaluates the viability and performance of emerging technologies such as PyScript and Pyodide, which allow Python to run in the browser, compared to JavaScript, the web development standard. While JavaScript dominates the client side, Python, traditionally used on the server and for data science, is expanding into the front end thanks to WebAssembly. To compare both environments, specific tests have been designed to measure execution times, memory consumption, and integration with external libraries, covering everything from numerical calculations and artificial intelligence to managing concurrent requests and data visualization.
