Abstract:
Team leaders often struggle with scattered, multi-format data, making project oversight difficult. To solve this, we built a centralized dashboard using Power BI, which organizes and visualizes diverse data sources through a user-friendly interface. Python was used to filter and manage data by project, storing it in shared folders linked directly to the dashboard. Power BI Service automates regular data refreshes, ensuring up-to-date insights. Color-coded panels highlight urgent issues, streamlining decision-making.
