Abstract: As a result of recent movements around prostitution activity, including the recent sentence pronounced by a Labour Court in Barcelona in which is being recognised the labour relationship about the provision of a prostitution service in the course of employment for somebody else which represents a change of approach in the majority scientific doctrine and it is against the European Parliament resolution of 26th February 2014, whith a clearly abolitionist protests and the creation of sex worker trade unions and hostess bar businessmen organizations in favour of a feasible regulation in our country, all of them encourage the study and analysis about the prostitution current situation and its legal system as a working relationship.
