Abstract:
This project addresses the need to improve the efficiency of quotation and document management in an engineering company, by integrating two heterogeneous systems: Quality Document Management and Salesforce CRM. The disconnection between these systems generated operational inefficiencies, duplication of tasks and possible errors in data transcription. The methodology used was based on the development of an integration layer using Spring Boot on the backend and Angular on the frontend. A service-oriented architecture with specialized repositories for each external system was implemented, using the adapter pattern to encapsulate the particularities of each API.
