    Abstract:
    The project involves designing and implementing an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in a distributed virtual environment with four Ubuntu Server 20.04 machines. Each machine performs a specific function: detection, attack generation, and alert collection and visualization. The system is developed in Python using various libraries. It arose from the need for an IDS due to the increase in cyberattacks today. The results demonstrate effective detection of simulated attacks.
