    Abstract:
    This final degree project aims to design and develop a system for sign language translation using a smart glove. The system uses flexibility sensors to detect finger movements and an orientation sensor to capture the position of the hand. The gestures are processed by an ESP32 microcontroller and classified using the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm. The results are displayed in real time through a mobile application, allowing the user to build words and sentences.
