    Abstract:
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease that poses significant physical and emotional challenges for those affected. This correlational study analyzes the relationship between adaptation to lifestyle habits, resilience and emotional well-being in 30 people from the Multiple Sclerosis Association Terres de l'Eble (EMATE) association. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire distributed through the association. The results highlight the importance of resilience and healthy habits as factors associated with greater emotional well-being, providing useful evidence for the design of future interventions aimed at improving the quality of life of this population.
