  • Identification data

    Identifier:  TFG:9801
    Authors:  López Labrador, Kara
    Abstract:
This Final Degree Project analyses the relationship between self-acceptance, perceived aesthetic pressure and body image in young people aged 18 to 30. A quantitative, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out with 215 participants, using an online questionnaire and analysis with SPSS (version 31). The results indicate that perceived self-esteem, self-acceptance and unconditional acceptance are associated with a more positive body appreciation, while perceived aesthetic pressure and the use of social networks are related to a lower body appreciation.
