Abstract:
This Final Degree Project analyzes the impact of drug addiction on the family system using a quantitative methodology based on questionnaires to 79 adults. Variables such as self-acceptance, family strengths, communication, concern and family boundaries have been studied. The results show significant relationships between these dimensions, highlighting that lower family strength is associated with lower self-acceptance, and more concern with communication difficulties. It is also observed that greater rigidity in family loyalty can limit openness to the outside world. The study reinforces the importance of a systemic view of alcohol consumption.
