    Abstract:
Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain disorder characterized by generalized pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and cognitive dysfunction. This study designed, implemented, and evaluated a personalized psychological intervention in a sixty-year-old patient with long-standing fibromyalgia, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, emotional regulation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The intervention included eight sessions between April and May 2026. The results showed a 26.83% improvement in pain acceptance and positive changes in cognitive and behavioral functioning, reinforcing the effectiveness of the biopsychosocial model in chronic cases.
