    Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis consists of a systematic review of the efficacy of virtual reality-based rehabilitation in patients with chronic stroke compared to conventional therapy. A literature search was conducted using the PubMed and PEDro databases, following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Clinical trials published between 2020 and 2025 involving adult patients with chronic stroke were included. The results show that combining virtual reality with conventional therapy leads to significant improvements in motor and cognitive function, fostering neuroplasticity and active patient participation during the rehabilitation process.
