    Resum:
This study investigates the factors influencing international students, specifically Erasmus+ participants, to choose Spain as their host country. The research utilizes a Likert-scale survey to objectively assess the importance of factors such as quality of education, cultural appeal, cost of living, and language. The quantitative data is evaluated through correlation tests to determine the strength of the relationships between these factors and the students' destination choice. The study also includes a qualitative analysis of Spanish university websites to examine if they provide tourism information. The findings reveal students' decisions are influenced by a combination of academic, cultural, and environmental factors. Long-stay students are more motivated by a destination's political stability and institutional reputation, providing valuable insights for improving international recruitment efforts, market positioning, and destination management.
