Abstract: Student Director Plan for the regeneration and modernization of the Entrevies Industrial Estate in Tarragona applying sustainability criteria. Final Master's Project Adviser: Dr. Carlos Turón Rodríguez Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Summary The Entrevies Industrial Estate is one of the economic activity estates with great urbanistic potential due to the closeness it has with the city of Tarragona and the surrounding areas. Nowadays this industrial estate presents some shortcomings such as: it is one of the oldest (built in 1956) and it has few companies, fact that implies that the number of workers are reduced and very polarized into two companies, since in recent years they have not implemented any activities in order to generate new jobs. To solve it, a Director Plan has been done which includes different improvement proposals which take into consideration sustainability criteria and they will allow this industrial infrastructure contribute in the increase of the value of Tarragona city.
